You will be 15 minutes by car from downtown Montreal and Highway 20 (direction Quebec City and US border to Vermont), 3 minutes from the Metropolitan Expressway (direction west toward Ottawa and Toronto, east toward Charlevoix), 10 minutes from Décarie Boulevard and Highway 15 (direction New York , USA). You will be 1 street west of St-Michel Boulevard. From there you can travel by bus to the St-Michel Metro Station (3 min) to connect to the (Blue) Line 5, or you can go either to the Joliette Metro Station (5 min.) to connect to the (Green) Line 1 or to the Beaubien Metro Station (10 min.) to connect to the (Orange) Line 2. The Central Train Station is on the Orange Line (Bonaventure Station).
